Arizona State University’s Sustainable Cities Network

The Sustainable Cities Network, a unit of Arizona State University’s Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability, works with local communities to explore sustainable approaches and address challenges in Arizona municipalities. Through the Network, partners, the steering committee, and workgroups collaborate to streamline city operations, advance solar energy, mitigate the urban heat island, design sustainable neighborhoods, and secure water supplies in a changing climate. Working together, Network partners are making sustainability a core value in city planning, policy, and operations.

Center for Energy & Environmental Policy

Established in 1980 at the University of Delaware, the Center for Energy & Environmental Policy is a leading institution for interdisciplinary education, research, and advocacy in energy and environmental policy. CEEP has been granted official observer status to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, and in that capacity, regularly submits position papers on strategies to address humanity’s climate challenge.

Presidio Trust

The Presidio Trust is an innovative federal agency created to save the Presidio and transform it into a new kind of national park.

Spanning 1,500 acres in a spectacular setting at the Golden Gate, the Presidio now operates largely without taxpayer support, is home to a large community of residents and commercial tenants, and offers unique recreation, hospitality, and educational opportunities to people throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and the world.​ Established in 1996 through the ground-breaking and bipartisan Presidio Trust Act, the agency​​ is managed by a seven member board of directors.
